Terms & Conditions
By committing to purchase anything from Grazeful Adelaide you are agreeing to abide by our terms and conditions. These include:
- All items listed or pictures in our Grazing boxes are subject to change due to change of season and/or health and safety reasons, please rest assured we will always uphold to the highest quality that we have always been known to.
- Prices are subject to change at any time with products costs rises.
- ALL orders that have been requested to be delivered will be delivered by myself within 48 hours however on the occasion this can't happen it is best to still reach out first before buying to make sure your order can be auctioned in your time frame.
- For any changes in box products please be sure to order through our ‘custom order’ tab and leave your required details and we will get back to you.
- If you order directly from the website with NO changes you are agreeing to receive the grazing box we make.
- Food Safety: Once boxes have been delivered, you as the client will take on the responsibility for upholding food safety and ensuring food is not exposed to sunlight or left out for long periods of time.
- Please remain your grazers in the fridge until you are serving to eat, as this will ensure freshness.
- It is your responsibility to inform us on any allergies or intolerances at time of booking. When we are preparing food it can’t be guaranteed that does not come into contact with any allergen. As we do not work in a allergen free environment. With notice we can absolutely work with any allergies or intolerances.
- If you have not informed us of any allergies and/or intolerances anyone with these must refrain from eating any food or take extra caution.
- No returns on any food items due to Health and Safety reasons.
- Delivery: anything outside 30km please reach out to us in our ‘custom order’ tab with address and full details and we will get back to you with if we can deliver to that area and if we can, how much delivery will be.
- We try our best to always give an hour window with our deliveries, please make sure you are home and able to accept the delivery otherwise if we can’t get hold of you we will have to return back to our headquarters. A re-deliver fee will charged or pick up will need to happen.
- When making a booking it is your responsibility to read the T&C before purchasing to make sure this is suitable for you.
- Deposits for Grazing Tables are $100 and this amount is non-refundable.
- Our grazing boxes are required to be paid in full and if for any reason this needs to be cancelled, you are required to give us 48 hours notice, for refund or rescheduling. * please note rescheduling will be subject to availability.
- Rain Policy- we do NOT refund on weather issues, you are required to have a plan B if the weather is not acting in your favour.
Refund Policy
Refund policy: Grazing Boxes these are paid on full at time of booking unless otherwise stated, this money will be refunded given you give minimum 48 hours notice anything less than 48 hours requires you to reschedule. Please note: rescheduling is not allowed less than 24hours before your booking (for tables or boxes) and this is because we have likely already started shopping for the supplies for your event and we are now out of pocket with money. If you cancel less than 24 hours you will forfeit your money.
